Designed to be combined with the Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system, this link pipe set is constructed from high-grade, lightweight titanium and represents a significant advancement in both performance and sound. Developed with precision and expertise, the X-connection—which allows exhaust gases from both engine banks to mix—is cast in-house at Akrapovič’s own titanium foundry, ensuring unmatched quality and durability.

Performance Gains & Weight Savings

When paired with the Slip-On Line, the Evolution Link Pipe Set delivers impressive results:

• +8.5 kW (11.5 hp) at 6,150 rpm

• +15.6 Nm at 2,550 rpm

• 72.6% weight reduction over the stock system (saving 19.56 kg)

These figures are the result of extensive dyno testing against a standard BMW M5 exhaust setup.

Please Note: Installation of the Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium) requires ECU remapping to avoid triggering a check engine light (CEL). When fitted, the EC/ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) is no longer valid.
